Our 2008 Easter beer. A classic Saison with a ruby red colour and a big, lively head. A thick chewy malty presence, bordering on the fruity with a good dose of spice. Lots of ginger, thyme, nutmeg, elder flowers and heather. Unconventionally hopped with Cascade hops for even more fruitiness. Brewed on a recipe from René.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is a lot of spices, some caramel malts and mild fruityness. Flavour is malts, yeast, quite much spices as well as a bit earthyness.
