Brewfather is a bottom-fermented beer light as we know them from the Czech lagers, but with a more moderate and mild bitterness. Brew Master has generously used the Slovenian Styrian Golding hops, as aroma hops for the last part of cooking in the copper boiler. This - along with predominantly light caramel malts - gives a very fresh light lager with a slightly spicy and flowery hop aroma. Or as brewmaster says it: I'm gonna make a heavenly beer han Can not refuse .... Malt Profile: lager and light cara. Hops: North Down (bitter) Styrian (flavor). German yeast. 16 IBU - slightly bitter. Sweetness: moderate residual sweetness.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, mild grassy and fruity hops along with some leathery notes. Flavour is quite similar with the grassy notes being more evident.
