Pours out in a cloudy, almost opaque dark brown colour with a rich white foam. Toasted malts, milky chocolate, banana, nuts, butter and pears in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of toasted malts, banana and acidic green apples with touches of fudge. Mild carbonation with a smooth mouthfeel. Malty finish of over-riped bananas and fudge with disturbing notes of green immature apples. Could have been tasty if weren’t for those appley undertones. Still, the base of the beer is well-made.

An unclear dark brown beer with a lazing light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of wheat, caramel, and banana. The flavor is sweet malty with just a hint of acidity and notes of banana, wheat, and citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The mouthfeel is just a bit sticky.
