"A big juicy explosion of citrusy hop goodness that lingers on the palate and in the nose after it's gone. The second beer tried from a very promising local upstart brewery (currently brewing at Tallac and other semi-local breweries while they get established and create demand). Based on this beer, that won't take long. still good, but not AS good in production."

Aroma is very strong and very hoppy, with a firm overtone of grapefruit and sour orange. It pours a dark coppery amber with a fairly thick off-white head that leaves some good lacing. Strongly hoppy flavor has grapefruit and orange notes plus a hint of malt and not too much bitterness. Fizzy texture has good body and leaves a nice hoppy tingle.

A bright-light amber colored beer with a big foamy textured off white head. it had great staying power. Settles into a thick ringlet. Nutty, piney hops, caramel malt make up the profile. Medium bodied and smooth. Not bad.
