Bollenstreek Ale is the latest creation of Klein Duimpje in 2001. It's a light amber coloured beer. Easy drinkable and refreshing. Malty and a little hopbitter in the finish. According to the brewer the beer grows in a DNA manipulated tulip field near the brewery as shown on the label. The location of this tulip field is the number one secret of the brewery.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with big foamy head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, candy sugar and very sweet. Flavour is caramel malts, some hops and a bit earthyness. Wellbalanced, and hides the alcohol well.
