Heavily hopped with 50 % US and 50 % NZ hops, for a dry, clean and intensely fruity DIPA. The explosion of citrus, passion fruit, peach and apricot flavors wraps the intense hop bitternes in a highly seductive way. Think ’This is my idea of the ideal fruit bowl!’

330 ml bottle, possibly from Føtex, Ebeltoft. ABV is 9.5%, IBU 100. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of citrus, crushed gooseberries and apricots. Citric flavour, also tropical fruits and apricots. A distinct grapefruity bitterness in the finish. Nice beer.

Robust, hoppy aroma has a fruity overtone, primarily apple, with a strong yeasty note. Pours a clear dark amber with a very thick and rather persistent fine-bubbled cream-white head. Hoppy flavor has fruity and subtle caramel and malty notes, quite but not fiercely bitter, a whisper of honey sweetness to balance the bitterness. Smooth texture has about average firmness and some decent fizz. Overall, pretty good if not the best.
