For over 50 years, the Kingston community has been part of a city-wide debate regarding the elusive “Third Crossing”. This bridge, meant to span across the Cataraqui River, will be built between the 401 and the infamous “Pauseway”. The third in this series, our Hef is a German-style hefeweizen that is straw like in color and very drinkable with a mild sweetness, light bittering and some grain/bread flavor. Mild banana and clove flavours from the yeast, subtle lemon flavours from dry hopping with Centennial and pineapple flavours with a mild, but seductive aroma from dry hopping with Vic Secret™. Serve cold with a slice of lemon or orange.
