FLAVOUR CHARACTERISTICS This true to style Vienna Lager, brewed with Vienna malt, noble hops and classic European brewing methods, delivers an authentic taste and complex flavour profile. King Vienna is an amber coloured, medium bodied beer with an exquisite palate, complimented by a gentle creaminess and slight malt sweetness. The enticing toasted malt nose and gentle hop flavour rival the world's very best Vienna Lagers. It finishes with amazing toffee malt flavour and crisp bitterness that dries smoothly on your palate without becoming too sweet. FOOD PAIRINGS Perfect for outdoor barbecues, Vienna is great with burgers, sausages, chicken, and pork dishes. It is the ideal match for pizza and tomato based dishes, and pairs well with hearty sandwiches and roasted vegetables. ALCOHOL CONTENT 4.8% ABV

Pours an amber colour with an off-white head that stays a while and gives out a little lace. Perfumy nose with some caramel malts and light roasted one. Nice sweetness in the taste, but not overly, well-balanced with some fruity and caramel malts, very mild hops and hints of grain and vanilla. I really enjoyed this one a few months back (purchased in a 6-pack), but not sure about the one I am having tonight (from the discovery pack). Maybe it is what I ate, but I know I would get some more of this. A good vienna.
