Who is Uncle Mark? Mark is Kelly's oldest brother and happens to be turning 50 this August so we wanted to make a beer to celebrate this occasion. He is a big fan of Weisse Beer so we made this beer for him. Uncle Mark is quite an original guy so we wanted to make sure that we had an original beer. Our Hopfen Weisse is a traditional German Hefeweizen with much more of a hop characteristic to it, both in aroma and bitterness
