Sasquatch Schnitzel is a Vienna-style lager brewed with specialty M3 Vienna malt and Ontario Sasquatch hops. This classic amber beer has notes of toasted bread and a hint of caramel, balanced with a combination of zesty noble hops and citrussy Sasquatch.

Pours a clean light amber colour with some golden highlights. A warm off-white, frothy head, decent stay and some light lacing. Caramel malt aromas with some cereal grain, light fruits notes. Hints of hops do come out. The taste has the malts with its sweetness, cereal touch, some fruitiness and even, nuttiness. The hops do cut this richness a little. Some decent dryness in the finish, a tad bitterness lingering. Not a bad Vienna amber lager with a touch more hops.
