Made in the English Pale Ale style, this ale has a fresh, fruity flavor accompanied by just the right level of bitterness. Very clean tasting and hoppy, Rooster Tail Pale Ale clings tot the palate for what follows, whether its food or another sip. The warm peach color is cloudier than usual because there is plenty of nutritional yeast present. Remember our motto, "a sandwich in every glass."

Back when I used to live in this town, Kelley Brothers was a nice play to visit, great food with average beer. I had dropped in on a Sunday to visit some family and decided to revisit some beers I used to consume on a fairly regular basis. The pale ale's aroma is decidedly fruity, almost tropical in nature. Sweet is the main theme with the aroma. Appearance is a clear reddish orange in color, nice head. Flavor is mildly bitter, with some grapefruit hops for bittering, caramel malts to keep it even. Not bad. Better than I remember it being. Surpised.
