An incredible stout, oozing with toasted coffee richness and slight hint of chocolate at the finish. There is so much Black and Chocolate malt in the offering that we had to ferment it twice and add 16 gallons of Ghirardelli chocolate to give the yeast a fighting chance for survival. Place your index finger into the beer next to the side of the glass and you'll see what we mean - you can't see your finger! Now that's dark beer. Take a long sip and enjoy its complexity.
