A special combination, a spicy black Saison brewed with oysters. At the end of the brewing process, a large amount of oyster shells were used in the hopback. The oyster shells give the beer a soft touch salty taste, the taste of Zeeland.

Pours dark chocolate with a thick and fairly persistent buff head. Aroma features roasted malt, molasses, chocolate, and a subtle sea-air note. Flavor delivers roast malt, molasses, licorice, chocolate, and - is that a note of oyster? Mouthfeel offers firm, somewhat viscous body and decent fizz. Oyster things up!
