Spritzy sparkly saison....nice lemon and herb aspect coupled with some mild Belgian yeast character. Vibrant yellow pour, bubbly head. A great hot afternoon quencher or all day sipper. Good all around, and pretty standard for an American version.

Pours a clear golden/orange color. A two finger white head rises with good retention and lace. Aromas of Bubblegum yeast, peppery spice, and sweet caramel malt. Follows the nose with a huge phenolic yeast flavor. Big peppery spice as well. Sweet caramel malt in the finish. A medium body that is very carbonated. Overall its ok but the plastic like phenols take away from it.

Tap @ the Sugar Land Flying Saucer .. . Pours a light copper amber .. great foam, lacing is awesome .. . medium dryness .. light grains, bread crust, and light yeast .. pretty good stuff, very good for an American interpretation of the style .. . . if you have a head wound, you're supposed to go to sleep right?
