Bière brune. Elle vous surprendra par sa douceur et sa légèreté, relevées d'une note caramélisée et fruitée. Vous l'apprécierez particulièrement en fin de journée ou en accompagnement d'une carbonnade flamande.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Stemmed Tulip glass an unfiltered and hazy burgundy-brown colored ale with a good one finger tan foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is caramel malts, ripe dark fruits, raisins, spicy, cinnamom, gingerbread. The flavour is caramel malts, spicy, a lot of licorice, gingerbread, fruity, dark ripe raisins and dark berries, notes of coffee. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This medium to full bodied ale has a long spicy finish and a notable warming effect. This ale is an ideal companion for a nice autumnal evening near the fireplace.
