They are all lively beers with a light fruity taste, a top fermented way of brewing: though the dark wheat beer has more of a malt note. The original extract is between 11% and 14%; alcohol content is about 5.4% alc. vol. The wheat malt content is at least 50%, the rest consists of barley malt.     Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

    A dark and cloudy beer, this one pours with that giant head typical of a wheat beer. Lively aroma, apples and yeasts with some malts thrown in for good measure. The taste fits the bill as well, dry with apple and clove rounding out the malts. A good beer, and refreshing.
