They are all lively beers with a light fruity taste, a top fermented way of brewing: though the dark wheat beer has more of a malt note. The original extract is between 11% and 14%; alcohol content is about 5.4% alc. vol. The wheat malt content is at least 50%, the rest consists of barley malt.

Bottled (As Weizenland Weissbier Hefetrüb, 5.1%). Hazy orange colour, big white foamy head. Aroma is mild wheat, quite lagerish with some spices and banana. Flavour is traditional weissbier with some white bread. Wellbalanced and refreshing.
