Our second kollab with our good friends of Rock City. This time we chose to brew a "No Coast" IPA. Grainbill and yeast of a Hazy IPA, but dryhopped like a West-Coast IPA. As a special touch we used the new CRYO-301 Frozen CRYO Fresh Hops form Yakima Chief Hops. These hops are picked from the field and frozen straight away using their CRYO method, resulting in a more lupuline concentrated pellet, preserving all the Fresh Hops goodness.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.9%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Pleasant aroma of citric and herbal hops, also notes of tropical fruits, pine and spruce. The flavour has the same elements, with a moderate bitterness, well balanced and nice to drink.
