A clear and simple expression of the delicate interplay between noble hops and farmhouse yeast. Throughout Northern Europe, light-bodied, well-hopped, low alcohol table beers were often the beverage of choice with all meals at times and in places where the water wasn’t always safe to drink.

Pours translucent apricot with a thick eggshell head. Aroma yields sharp, tart citrus plus raw malt and pomme tones. Flavor presents tangy citrus and zesty malt plus an undertone of hops. Texture offers so-so body but fair fizz. Drink up to The Little Prince.

Delicate lemony floral and grassy aroma and flavor. There's a little grainy malt and yeast in the flavor as well. Crisp and clean...pretty damn good for a low abv beer. Too bad it ain't priced like one.

Light gold almost devoid of all color a fluffy white cap floats on top, micro floaties are every where in this beer. Looks good for what it is. Wheaty malts, massive lemon candy, nose finishes with a flowery explosion. Highly drinkable, goes down fast and way to easy. Bubblegum, wheat, lemony hops, and a light dusty finish. Fantastic brew and I can drink the entire bottle and still think clear. The brew is flavorfull and light Jester King found the balance somehow. I have so much more to say about this brew but I don't feel like typing.

Sampled on 10/12/2012 at GABF. This reduced alcohol beer pours a very hazy yellow gold color from a 750ml corked and caged bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, sweet and spicy. A light to medium bodied ‘light’ beer. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy and spicy. Decent carbonation. Slighlty dry. Nice farmhouse ale. Lots of flavor for only 2.9% alcohol. Sweet at the start with a slightly peppery finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly spicy.

HAd on Tap .. . pours a hazy yellow gold .. great foam, pillowy and sticky .. . simple dried grass, touch of yeast, and light rooted earth .. . an easy drinker for sure but i found it a bit muddled .. . . are you trying to make a monkey out of me??

Sampled @ the Jester King 1st Anniv. tasting, well its ment to be a low alcohol table beer, and that what it is. Faint aromas of pepper, and grassy hops, thin mouthfeel. Overall its not bad, a good beer for sipping alot of on a hot day, its just that i just like em a little bigger.
