This is a special release of our very first Unshackled beer. Most know us for more traditional beers. For this release we decided to take off the cuffs of one of our favorite beers and give it a little “color." Based on a favorite beer or ours, we’ve aged Reprieve on a large sum of raspberries for an aromatic ride of bright citrusy-pinneapple and spice with laces of tart raspberries. The beer hits your tongue with complex acidity and tartness and finishes up nice and dry from the raspberry tannins. A delicious take on an already terrific beer.

Taps hazy copper with a thin but acceptable buff head. Raspberries dominate the aroma but let malt, yeast, and a snippet of citrus peep through. Flavor is again mainly raspberry, but presents enough malt to remind the drinker that, yes, this is beer. Mouthfeel offers typical fizz and body. Unshackle the raspberry!
