My personal favorite at the anniversary party. Classic Belgian Quad profile full of rich, dark fruits and berries, toffee, with a strong yeast profile. The barrel influence was perfectly done and in no way overpowering. Smooth whiskey draw to coincide with the big warming after taste of this Quad.
