Having this now at Iron Hill Media. I've only had a few of this style before. The first was German and unfortunately I didn't record it on here. My last was a funkier style by Deschutes. This one was very light bodied without strong aroma and flavor but it was good. Pretty acidic and carbonated to make it very refreshing. Came with raspberry syrup that I added half way through a d completely changes the beer. Not bad.

On draft at the Lancaster location. Pour was hazy pale golden color, light head and splotchy lacing at best. The aroma was wheat and barley malts, straw and hay. The flavor was wheat, barley, and pils malts. With warmer temperature, lemons/lemongrass, sour citric notes. Light, refreshing, lingering light acidity.

Sampled at GABF on 9/16/2010. This Berliner Weisse pours a light gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is tart and floral. A medium bodied Berliner weisse. The malts are fruity, lemony and tart. The hops are slightly herbal. Nice carbonation. A tart but not overly bitter beer. Light and refreshing, very nice for 2.8%. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

Poured a hazy, golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of bananas, dry, earthy, grainy malts, citrus fruits, and a sweaty must. Taste of light sweet malts, some cereal up front, with sour cherry, citrus fruits, and a dry, lemony, tart finish.
