Traditionally, this Belgian style farmhouse ale was brewed in the winter to be enjoyed in the summer. Well, us revolutionaries pay little heed to such silly traditions. We brew our Saison year round because, frankly, we don’t want to wait so long for such a delicious beer. Hired Hand perfectly blends malty and sour notes, with a refreshing dry finish. Enjoyed by laborers and leaders alike.

Meh was the norm for Iron Fist, some worse, a couple better, but this one was straight down the middle. Nothing to distinguish itself. A little muddled with a light sweetness and hop presence and a little additional zest perhaps, but pretty mild.

I could use a couple of hired hands.. for various tasks, i miss Maria .. . Pours a deep orange .. great foam .. . good hop presence, light spice .. quite enjoyable, norm was awesome .. . and damn refreshing, good show .. . . or else what? exactly..
