Ale brassée avec des champignons lactaires. On y retrouve des arômes dominants de sucre d’érable, et des notes subtiles de malt torréfié, de sauce soja, de bois et de réglisse. Notre premier brassin se distingue par un corps léger et une grande ‘buvabilité’.

Pours a dark brown colour with amber highlights, a nice frothy, warm-beige coloured head with decent retention and some light lacing. Chocolate malt nose with some nuttiness coming out, maple syrup and mild grassiness. The maple continues in the taste, but the hops do cut the sweetness. A dry finish results. Herbal notes lingers over the chocolate and roasted malts. Hints of charred wood, coffee. A pretty interesting, maple-style darker ale that goes down well.
