Our salute to Belgian style fruit Lambic beers, with a distinctly Californian twist. We add select parts of whole oranges at precisely the right point to our amber recipe beer, and the result is this magical, orange sweet beer we call Orange Blossom Amber. This brew is crafted with only natural ingredients, specially malted barley, our proprietary yeast strain, and pure spring water from our historic Indian Wells Spring.

pours a slightly hazed orange color with a very short lived off-white head and leaves no lacing. The aroma is completely fake with orange candy and cough drops and a lot of menthol and mint, and a strange warmth. The taste is almost exactly like orange mints as well. There's quite a bit of menthol flavor to this as well. The mouthfeel is light bodied with a moderate level of carbonation.

ok on a 100 degree day, no more, no less. a nice orange peel aroma gives way to less pleasing smells as it warms, no complexity whatsoever, and not very good if not ice cold. this orange "amber" is orange atop a straw beer, so i'm not sure where the amber part comes in...

This is a great beer i first had it at the Santa Anita Race track Micro brew festival. Great beer to drink on a nice hot day. The orange flavor is not to strong and there is a great beer after taste. highly recomend it...
