Our rich, dark stout is made from three types of select malts and two types of hops. We add heavy, flavorful barley flakes to our stout to give it a thick body and full, intensely rich taste. Like a taste of Ireland, brewed with our pure spring water, stout yeast and finished to perfection.

After having the Amnesia IPA, I wanted to lose my memory of having tried an Indian Wells beer. But this had some average quality to it that made it quite drinkable. I will say that the aroma after first pouring was a bit startling...dog food...kibbles and bits...really? But a few swirls later and a little raise in temp, and the regular coffee/chocolate like aroma show up. Flavor also centers around the coffee/chocolate and for a dry stout...or even a regular stout...it's pretty good. -

wow...jlozier is right on the money on this one. had it as part of sampler pack of 8 IW brews. there's a crap malt or some kind of negative common denominator that makes all their beer sub par...not to mention the thin head, body, and flavor. not much to add.

I didn't even know this beer was made until a friend brought it from the brewery. A pretty sub-par stout. Dark as pitch, but a thin sudsy brown head. Rather thin for the style. Washed out chocolate and faded roasted malts. Ehhh...glad I tried it, really glad it was free, and pretty much what I expected from this brewery.
