Nice aromas of citrus, bubblegum, wheat, and spice. A nice hazy yellow, and orange tinged body decent head that faded but left some good lace. Flavor was o.k. mostly wheat with some spice, not as tasty as the aroma led me to believe, but not bad either. Overall a nice starter saison, worth a try.

Flying Saucer: Houston .. Pours a orange tan with haze .. great foam! .. . nice dose of citrus and spice, very drinkable and quite enjoyable! .. definitely getting some better brews from Independence! .. . Oh, I see. That wasn't in the plans either. While this buzzer sends thousands of volts coursing through my body while he stands back and says, "Remember the AL-amo". Then comes the uncalled for slams against my mother. How she shops in the *husky* section. How she cleared out the all-you-can-eat buffet. Just go ahead say it...my mother is a big fat cow. - Good gracious Al!?!
