Pronounced “Tees-zarn” this summer saison takes influence from two continents: from on the continent in France where the style originated, with the distinctive earthy saison yeast, and incorporating a fresh taste of the East with the addition of Lemongrass and Ginger. We were inspired to use tea, locally sourced, and the dryness cuts through both the sweetness of the yeast, and the floral essence of the additions. Hops: Dana Jarrylo Liberty
