Another beer developed with Craft Beer Rising in mind, we gave a brief glimpse of it in Leeds recently, and the keg sold out in hours - not bad for an 8%-er! Tart and fresh, it drinks lower than it should. Unfiltered and unfined, we're pretty pleased with this lambic treat.
