I like the folks at Hydro Street and most of their beers are worth trying, sadly not this one. Kind of sour-biscuity notes and a little fruit thing going on, not sure I've had any alt that tasted or smelled like this, I'm just not sure what they were trying to make here.

First beer I had at the brand new Hydro Street Brewery in Columbus,WI. Pours into the glass a murky brown colour. Almost no carbonation. Just a very thin line on the top of the brew. Not flat, just low in the bubble department. Sort of biscuity, bread like notes. Dates, raisins. Very soft hops in the finish.
