This beer is categorized as a Golden Lager. It is designed to appeal to the novice as well as the expert beer drinker. The addition of Willamette and Cascade hops to the combination of Pale and Munch malts gives this ale a crisp and slightly tangy flavor with just a hint of floral hop character

Had as Humperdinks Texas Blonde.. On Draft in Dallas .. . light and refreshing and it has the taste to back it up .. . light grains and hay, very tasty .. . a great summer brew, i quite enjoyed it .. . Would Willie's fence-mending eggs bear fruit? Or would his olive branch be torn apart by woodpeckers of mistrust?

Sampled at Humperdink's Brewpub in Arlington, TX. Poured a clear golden color with a light white head. No lacing. Aroma was very light with a slight hoppiness to it. Flavor was crisp and hoppy. For what it is, it's okay.
