Description A refreshing aromatic IPA brewed with real grapefruits and dried grapefruit peel. Brewed with Canadian pale, dark crystal and carastan malts, and four varieties of bittering and aroma hops. This dry hopped beer offers wonderful citrus and tropical aromas, with grapefruit at the apogee. Named for the newly discovered Super Jupiter planet, which was identified by a team of Canadian astrophysicists in late 2012. Brew the Beer you wish to see in the Universe! Food Pairing The noticeable hop profile in this ale allows it to stand up to spicier foods as well, such as curry and tacos. Our Bottle This re-closable bottle, known as a "pot-stopper", was widely used in Europe and North America prior to the 1950s. Our new combination cap is an innovative design that allows closure by both crown and swing caps. It can be re-used and meets our green packaging objectives.

In the beloved one-litre swing-top bottle. Generous fluffy tan head over a clear copper pour. Aroma had lots of grapefruit, along with pine and hops. Flavour was heavy on the grapefruit, less so on the hops, Very tart finish, less so on the hop component.
