A bright and flavourful IPA created with Australian Vic Secret and Galaxy hops. Fermentation of this beer is finished with the addition of Riesling grape must which lends a delicate white wine nose and fresh grape flavor combining beautifully with notes of stone fruit, citrus, melon, and tropical fruit.

Bomber from Central City. Cloudy orange pour, minimal head. Aroma did suggest an IPA, although there were grapefruit notes and I'll venture some wine influence as well. Solid, smooth mouthfeel. Flavour was almost an IPA: grapefruit and pine, along with some of the wine. Scarcely really good, but drinkable. Seemed rather a mixed-up thing, really, and price was a bit steep.
