A delicious citrus-centered IPA, brewed with Chinook, Super Galena, Cascade and Centennial Hops, with the addition of fresh Ruby Red grapefruit in the mash tun and dried grapefruit peel in the brew kettle. This amber IPA has a deep grapefruit nose and bitterness, buu yet is well-balanced and very drinkable. Enjoy this very limited small batch beer. Cheers!

From Firefly, and in the one litre swingtop bottle. Poured a very dark amber under a thick, ivory head. Aroma was hoppy bitterness plus the promised ruby red grapefruit. Tastes like a good west coast IPA, pine needles and hops, plus ample grapefruit. Really nice.
