A deceitfully smooth triple IPA packed with as many hops as we could brew it with has huge tropical fruit notes as well as being backed by rich plum and cherry notes.

Bomber from Central City. A triple IPA from Howe Sound! What could go wrong? Actually, it did go somewhat wrong. Nice looking pour, a clear and rich copper under a modest, ring-making ivory head. Aroma not at all like a DIPA, mostly caramel and alcohol. No hint of citrus or hop. Slid mouthfeel, at least. Flavour had too much caramel, not much citrus, and booziness. Too sweet a finish. And, WAY too expensive.
