We created our Wedding Saison to celebrate the marriage of one of our brewers. A simple foundation of barley and wheat is complemented with a tempered amount of Saaz, Calypso, and Pacifica hops for a light fruit and spice character. Five pounds of Florida grown Kumquats per barrel were added for a tart citrus kick, leaving the beer light and refreshing. Finally, the beer was fermented in our oak foeder using our house blend of traditional and wild yeast for a crisp, dry farmhouse ale that is the perfect complement to this joyous occasion!

Pours hazy apricot with a serviceable ivory head. Aroma delivers tart and sweet stonefruit, mainly peach, with sweet malt and citrus hints. Flavor features sweet and tart peach, kumquat, fresh malt, hints of other stone fruit and tropical fruit. Texture yields smooth, fair body and peppy fizz. Will bless any wedding.
