Cooler as Ekke is a pale, hoppy wheat lager. Malted barley, malted wheat, and biscuit malt make up the grain bill, while the beer was hopped with Eureka hops in the boil, Hallertau Blanc during whirlpool, and double dry hopped with Skyrocket hops before being fermented with a German lager yeast for a clean, crisp finish. Expect a beer that is light and refreshing with a dry hoppy finish.
