Pours a hazy yellow with a fairly thick and fluffy eggshell head. Yeasty aroma has a decided overtone of pineapple, not strong but inviting. I love pineapple! Wheaty flavor has pineapple and subtle yeast notes. Taste is not bold, but it is refreshing and very drinkable - perfect for a sweltering day. Smooth texture has a fair amount of fizz. Perfect to take the edge off blazing July heat. Gotta love the brewery name!
