Draught@CPH BeerFest2010. Hazy murky brown colour with not too much head. Aroma is plum, alcohol, yeast, earth and some mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is much the same. Good normal BSA.

Pours ut in a an opaque muddy brown appearance with a big rocky beige head. Quite hot and sugary aroma of yeast, mild banana, sour cream, candied pears and alcohol. Full-bodied with strong notes of candied pears, gingerbread, toasted malts and hot alcohol. Quite rough and alcoholic finish of sweet pears, sweet licorice, raspberries and almondy yeast.
