Our namesake IPA is a Northwest classic. Generous additions of Amarillo, Centennial, and Ahtanum hops find their way into the kettle, hop-back, and dry-hop. This judicious use of the "brewers spice" creates rich and resinous flavors of citrus fruit and pine. The finest organic Canadian pilsner malt and organic German Munich and Caramunich malts then bring balance to your new favorite beer.

this one well received as well, though i've seen wild fluctuation in the quality of organic brews. This one just didn't do it for me. Nothing stands out, one of the most boring of the night, and a sub par ipa. 2014 - another HUB beer that sucked in a can but was nice at the pub (cask). 2.8-3.6.

Pours slightly cloudy with a rich floral aroma, nice rich mouth feel. Flavor is piney with a great balance of grapefruit and other citrus flavors. An all around excellent example of northwest craft brewing.

On Tap at the pub. Mobile phone review so curt at best. Dark amber colour. White soapy head. Standard IPA for sure. Smells and tastes like Tree's Hop Head [which means it is grapefruit with a touch of pine a definite bitterness]. Pine resin (as in thicker than just pine needles, maybe some blood orange. Malts have some weight, alcohol is prevalent but not unfriendly.

Pours a clear, dark golden amber; didn’t get much of a head, but this was a glass that had sat out for a bit. Aroma is seriously hoppy with a strong grapefruit undertone. Hoppy, piny flavor has a hint of sour citrus, mainly grapefruit with a touch of orange. Mouthfeel is fairly smooth and farly fizzy, and hoppy, grapefruit finish is slightly bitter.

Hazy light orange with a small cap. Aroma is droollific!!!!!! So peachy, with nice sweet malts and bubble gum. Taste is awesome nice heavy malt flavor to support the intense bitter peach hops. While being bitter beer still comes across smooth there is no harsh to this beer. Some pine a touch of citrus. Love this simple tasting beer, it is of a great quality I tell you.

From Brewery Creek. Poured a smallish, rocky white head above a cloudy dark gold body. Aroma was VERY hoppy, maybe the hoppiest beer I've ever nosed. Mouth was decently solid and smooth. Flavour was consistently bitter throughout, along with some piney underpinnings. A fine beer.

Another really amazing West coast IPA straight outta Portland courtesy of my buddy. Pours an illuminating orange colour with a large white head. A bit o' shit floating around. Aroma is pine and fresh hops. Grapefruit, lime and biscuits on hte palate. Nice beer with a fun ABV and a huge amount of hops.
