Sampled on 12/4/08. This Hefeweizen pours a cloudy yellow gold color from a 500ml bottle. Medium to large sized white foamy head with nice retention and nice lacing. The aroma is banana and clove, slightly sweet. A medium bodied Hefe. The malts are fruity and sweet. Lots of banana and clove flavors. Lively carbonation. Bit surprised at the 6% alcohol. Fairly flavorful hefe. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
