We collaborated with Thrive Farmers and Mugs on Milton to create this coffee stout, which was cold brewed with Guatemalan coffee beans. A big thanks to David and Amanda from Thrive for all of their help.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

Pours opaque sable with a nice light tan head. Roast malt aroma has an overtone of quality coffee and subtle nutty and chocolate notes. Flavor starts with roast high-quality coffee and then adds smoky malt, semi-sweet chocolate, and slight nutty tones to a bold and very enjoyable brew. Firm texture is smooth yet fizzy. I admit that I am prejudiced in favor of stouts, but I like bold and flavorful beers! This is a winner.
