Pours slightly hazy solar yellow with a fairly thick eggshell head. Bold aroma is fruity and sour, with a hint of malt. Yep, definitely some wine in there. Wine notes really come through in e flavor, dragging a woody note in their wake, but letting malty, sour apple, pear and subtle yeast notes have some space on the palate. Firm texture has a strong and persistent fizz. Go ahead, pee off ze Tour Eiffel!
