This Hefe was going to be a completely traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen, but due to a shipping error, the yeast we used has created a super-clean mid-palate and a spicy finish. Like Bob Ross says,

Pours clear golden with a thin eggshell head. Aroma features sweet fruit, wheat and fresh malt. Flavor delivers more wheat and a spicy hint, with a clean finish. Mouthfeel offers fair body and OK fizz. A happy accident indeed - one that you can drink.
