Pours clear apple-cider golden with a thin eggshell head. Aroma has malty and fruity tones that request a taste. Flavor takes you by surprise with its boldness and apple, malty, hoppy, hay and earthy tones. Texture has good body and fizz, leaving a malty, earthy and subtly fruity finish. Frank-ly a good Belgian.
