It is brewed with a mixture of lightly kilned malted barley and a generous amount of un-malted oats for enhanced body. Heavy late additions of Nugget, Zythos, and Ahtanum hops bring forth flavors reminiscent of lemon balm, grapefruit zest, dank herbs, bright citrus fruit and pine forest.

    Pours clear amber with a thick and fairly persistent eggshell head. Aroma presents a strong citrus note, plus resiny hops and sweet malt. Flavor delivers a lot more in the way of hops, woody and evergreen but scarcely bitter, plus plenty of citrus, a little malt, and hints of herbs. Mouthfeel features firm body and decent fizz. Honor the Warriors who fought for this nation’s honor - as well as Mom, Apple Pie, Baseball and Fuzzy Kittens.

    Bright golden colored beer with a large light sudsy white head rising above. The hang time is short lived. Nice thick film and thinner ringlet are left. Bright caramel and citrus nose. Notes of grapefruit. And the taste confirms that. A mild, sessionable tartness. Clean finish
