Unser Görchla-Bier Rezept wird seit 225 Jahren immer vom Vater auf den Sohn weitervererbt. Es wird ein natürtrübes, unfiltriertes Landbier mit Hopfen und Malz aus kontrolliertem Anbau gebraut. Das Görchla-Bier lagert es mindestens 8 Wochen, bevor es in unserem Braurei-Gasthof zum Ausschank kommt, oder in Bügelverschlussflaschen verkauft wird.

Bottled. Deep golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some earthy and bready notes along with mild cellary notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some slight wooden notes, mild grass as well as some slight salty notes.
