while i much prefer their dunkel, this is a decent lager nonetheless. doesn't do anything to stand out, good or bad, but was a drinkable refreshing beer...didn't hurt that it came in a liter stein!

a lager from germany no less this was preety excellent served in a stein glass. It poured a great head with foam that lasted about 2 min it seemed with excelent lacing as it disappated. yellow color normal for a lager with a bit of a bitter taste one would expect from any Goog German beer

I didn't drink the light. I drank the Premium Lager. It is very nice. A nice German beer. Gold in colour, nice white head, nice aroma, hoppy, clean crisp taste. Fresh it is much better. Nice brown bottle, no skunky taste but you can really taste the hops and malt in this one. This is a very good German beer. I have had it several times. Always in a bottle, colder is better for this style of beer.
