IPA has a roasty amber color with a lacey, beige head to top it off. With citrus and floral aromas, a pronounced hop presense fills the nose. A slightly biscuity flavor with well balanced bitterness and a malty sweetness finishes with a dry mouthfeel and a lasting bitterness.

A light orange colored beer with a big foamy textured, off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head and nice lacing left behind. The nose and taste are too muted for my taste. There's citrus and some pine hoppiness. Crisp and refreshing enough.

A slightly hazy copper and amber brew with a thin light khaki head. The nose has a fair amount of citrus and a little bit of pine. There is also some almond and caramel. The taste has lots of grapefruit citrus bursting out like crazy! Wow, one of the most citrus forward IPA’s I have ever tasted. The malt backbone is fairly dry which allows the citrus sweetness of the hops to shine through. There is also a nice toasted nut quality to the finish. This is an excellent citrus tasting IPA.

I was thrown off a bit when I had this beer recently at the OF. I didn't know that Hinterland had an IPA and was convinced, from looking at the menu, that it was a typo. I was wrong. Amber orange colour. Off white head. Aroma has very minute hop characteristic, but biscuit up front. Taste is where the hops come through, only very mildly. Moderate fruitiness midpalate.
