One of the best beers I've had this year. Bottle procured at the brewery in greensboro bend. Hazy golden yellow pour with lots of bar inaction and strong, thick hite head. Eatery aromas of lemongrass, hay, wheat, and lemon. Creamy mouthfeel with sharp carbonation and a slightly tart finish. Flavors of horse blanket, honey, malted wheat, and citrus. There is a "Je ne sais quios" with this beer. The style is nailed and I'd wager this could compete with other top tier saison from belgium. Truly remarkable.
